What size units do you have?
Our standard sizes range from 5'x5' to 10'x25' and are approximately 8' tall.
Do you have climate controlled units?
Yes. Climate controlled units are designed to maintain a set temperature range of approximately 55-80 degrees using a/c and heat. In addition, humidity is maintained in a range to help preserve your belongings.
What is drive-up access versus hallway access?
Our drive-up units are located outside and allow for you to pull a vehicle directly up to your unit in order to load and unload. A hallway unit is inside a building and requires you to carry your items to be stored in and out.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
At this time we do not have open air storage for larger vehicles. However, some of our larger units are fully capable of storing smaller vehicles, motorcycles, and some boats. Please contact the office at 479-876-8282 to see if any of these units will work for you and if any are available.
Does Bentonville's Best Storage provide locks?
Yes. You can purchase a new, sealed lock at our office. You also have the option to provide your own lock.
Do you have trucks available to rent for moving?
Yes. Bentonville's Best Storage is an authorized U-Haul renting facility. Because our inventory varies day to day, it is best to call our office at 479-876-8282 to see what trucks and other equipment are available during the time you will need.
Security and Access
When can I access my self storage unit?
Our property is accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year via our punch pad gate access system. Upon rental of a storage unit, you will be given your own personal gate code that will allow you to access your unit any time any day.
What are access hours versus office hours?
During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit. Bentonville's Best Storage is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year for access. During office hours, staff members are available to provide in-person customer service and assist you by answering questions, renting units, accepting payments, selling supplies, and assisting you in any other way you may need. Office hours vary.
Does Bentonville's Best Storage provide any kind of security?
Yes. An onsite manager is present during office hours and we have state-of-the-art digital video surveillance cameras placed all over the property which record 24 hours a day and store the footage. Access to the units is limited solely to renters who may only enter using a personal gate code.
Can my spouse or children have access to my unit?
You are most certainly allowed to let family members access your unit. We just ask that you call or email the office and let staff know that an unknown person will be on the property and has permission to access your unit.
If I forget my access code, what do I do?
You may come by the office or call the office at 479-876-8282 during office hours and a staff member will assist you.
Do you rent month-to-month or do I have to sign a long term lease?
Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements. No long term lease is required. However, if you know you are going to be renting for an extended period of time be sure to contact staff at 479-876-8282 to discuss long-term lease incentives.
What kind of documentation do I need in order to rent a unit?
You will need a valid, government-issued form of identification such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
Do you require me to carry insurance on my stored goods?
No. We do not require that you carry insurance on your unit but you are responsible for the items you store at Bentonville's Best Storage. Some renters rely on a personal existing insurance policy. However, we do offer insurance on goods that you store in our units. If you are interested in acquiring insurance, please see a staff member in the office or contact us at 479-876-8282.
How do I move out?
You are required to notify Bentonville's Best Storage in writing at least 10 days prior to move-out date.
Do you have automatic payment options?
Yes. You can sign up for autopay with our staff upon move-in or any time during your stay. We can automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card, or bank account. You can also make one-time monthly payments using our convenient online billing and payment option when you log in to your account.
I don't want to pay online. Can I pay in person?
Yes. You can pay in-person during office hours with cash, check, or credit/debit card.
What if I'm late making my payment?
We bill monthly and payments are due on the 1st of the month. There is a 5 day grace period before charging a late fee of $10 on the 6th of the month. If you do not pay by the 10th of the month you will be charged an additional $20 late fee. You will be suspended from gate access on the 15th of the month.
